Gary was a really good driving instructor he was always calm and easy to get along with which made the lessons a lot less stressful he was also really straightforward and would tell you what you were doing well and what you needed to work on without overcomplicating it every lesson was useful and i always felt like i was improving definitely had a good experience learning with gary and would recommend him .
Thank you to you Gary Bishop, I passed my Licence first time and some credit certainly can go to you, for your insights, knowledge and advice and especially a lot of little tips that I just wasn't really thinking of at the time.

I am always enjoying the manual driving lessons with Gary. He is a great instructor of a manual car that I have ever had and he is a nice person with a good sense of humour for his learner.
Very Professional Instructor, its a always a little awkward having your first driving lesson but Gary is a great conversationalist and a very experienced driver can help you with any questions you have about driving. Very patient and someone you can laugh along with when u mess up the reverse parallel park. 10/10 recommend!

Thanks to Gary I passed my driving test. His calm, patient approach immediately put me at ease. He explained every maneuver clearly and never rushed me, no matter how many questions I asked or how many times I asked to repeat specific maneuvers.

He gives you enough confidence to learn effectively whilst also teaching a lot about not only road safety, but also the health of your car (very important that a lot of my past instructors failed to teach me on). He is an amazing teacher. He has never raised his voice at me, always respectful, he’s very patient and wouldn’t get mad if i didn’t understand something. If Gary wasn’t my instructor i don’t think i would have even been able to learn manual. He’s helped me every step of the way and has never made me feel dumb for not understanding. He is also great at explaining things, even if he’s had to explain the same concept multiple times. Gary is an amazing driving instructor.

Gary's calm laidback manner was perfect for our nervous driver. Although George had failed the driving test twice in the past (prior to coming to My Driving School), George passed his test this time with no errors AT ALL. The Department of Transport tester said that George's was one of the best she'd had in ages and she wanted Gary to bring her more drivers like George. I have no doubt at all that this result was down to Gary's calm and patient way of instructing George on the finer points of driving. Thank you so much Gary - you are literally awesome, and a life saver!!
