Leah was amazing! My son is autistic, which means that he doesn't always do well in formal lessons and his strengths and weaknesses are a little different from other teenagers. From day one, Leah's down-to-earth manner, extensive knowledge base, calm and friendly personality put my son at ease. She helped him to recognise his strengths and provided him with practical strategies to develop his weaknesses. My son's first lesson was with an instructor from a different driving school, but after one lesson with Leah, he stated, "Leah is better," and he stuck with her from his beginning lessons through to getting his licence. What's more, she stuck with him through all of his ups, downs and hurdles. She always left him feeling positive and hopeful, but was also realistic about what he needed to do to become a better driver. Every community and every teenager needs a Leah in their corner!

I would like to say a huge thanks for Leah Barton. For me, she is a legend driving instructor. English is not my mother language, but she was absolutely understand and during our lesson, i don’t have any problem for understanding any explanation for Leah. Nerves and anxious during my mock test still made me doing couple errors which is it might failed my test. But Leah always patiently and support me that i can do it, everything will be alright. Make sure that i have enough sleep, have healthy foods for eat. She is more excited than me about this practical test. For me, this is the best decision that i made to choose My Driving School and Leah Barton as my instructor Once again. Thank you so much Leah

LEAH BARTON took me for a driving lesson and it went really well, I am from overseas and she was most helpful in the time we were together driving around Stanthorpe. As some one that was 32 years old there is a lot of self shame in the process of getting your P's. Leah was not only a professional instructor incredibly knowledgeable in how to impart the right knowledge that I needed to not only get my P's but to make me a safer smarter driver confident in my abilities, she also made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process without any shame. There were numerous personal hardships going on at the time and she gave me one of the skills needed to help my family through them and words would fail to describe how much I appreciate what Leah has done to help me.

Leah was absolutely awesome!!I recently passed my driving test after doing a few lessons with Leah. Leah was my first instructor and as soon as we started, I felt super comfortable behind the wheel. Leah is knowledgeable, experienced and thorough with her teaching. She talked me though everything and taught me the little things I didn't know about gears, clutch, balance etc. After one or two lessons, there was a big improvement in my driving and everyone noticed as well! Up to the process of my test, she was still so supportive, reassuring and was more than happy and able to answer my questions I was unsure about for my upcoming test.
