Leigh has helped me throughout the months that I have had classes with him, and he has helped me build confidence in my driving. Even though I had to do the tests twice to get my Ps, he helped me the whole way. He helped me by making sure I remained calm during both days, not only the driving test days but also when we were doing lessons. Can say without a doubt I would not have passed without Leigh, such a calm and encouraging instructor! I was upgrading from P2 CA to P2 manual and Leigh brilliantly explained the mechanics of a manual in a way I understood. I find its always so much easier to learn something by understanding than by memorising. Leigh was really great at coaching and gently reminding me of my mistakes even if I made them over and over again. Very patient and kind, and best of all very funny! My grandson wanted to get a manual licence but his Dad and myself only had automatic cars. I was told he had to get an auto licence then work on his manual. Leigh was absolutely amazing. Three months ago I refused to even step foot inside a manual car and here I am today having just passed my manual driving test and it’s all because of Leigh. My career after uni as a paramedic requires me to obtain a manual license so I would eventually have to learn, but im so glad I found Leigh to teach me. He’s easy going, chill and easy to talk to and get along with. I didn’t think that I would pass my test, but Leigh believed in me and said I could, and I did.
