Hardy - Best instructor ever. (Seriously)
I honestly couldn’t recommend Hardy enough. I only had a few lessons with him, but even in that short amount of time he helped me so much and made me feel way more confident with driving.
He was always super kind, patient, calm and really easy to talk to. If I did something wrong, he never made me feel bad about it or made it seem like I was doing terrible. He’d always remind me that I was still learning and that everyone makes mistakes, which made me feel so much less nervous.
He was also really good at telling me what I was doing well and what I needed to work on, and he somehow made every lesson feel really relaxed and actually fun. He’s also really funny, which definitely helps.
On the day of my test, he dropped me off, gave me all the little tips and confidence I needed, and made sure I felt ready. It honestly felt like it wasn’t just my test, it was our test, which was really cool.
I genuinely don’t think I would have my P’s without him. If anyone ever asked me who I’d recommend for driving lessons, it would be Hardy 100%.

I highly recommend Damien as a Driving Instructor. His calmness and support during my son’s lessons helped him become a much more capable and confident driver.

Brent was the instructor for my daughter Emma. He was always calm and clearly and politely provided advice and guidance to Emma. Emma found that Brent provided a positive learning environment in which Emma was able to develop her driving skills and obtain her P’s. Our family is very happy with Brent and the entire My Driving School team.
Genuinely Andrew P was such a great instructor. I'm autistic and getting into driving was extremely scary for me but having Andrew calmed my nerves. He is patient and understanding and has a great sense of humour (ask him about his pet cockatiel). Honestly he was always down for a chat and I don't think I would've passed first try if I hadn't been coached by him :)

Very thorough, beginning to end breakdowns throughout lessons. Easy going and considerate, and genuinely worth the time considering the effort given towards the most important parts and relevancy of the lesson with tangible results, creates a big difference. Intentional with how the advice and information is presented even including use of graphs and drawn examples on a board with other needed explanations provided in real time, practical examples shown by having the vehicle in park beside the curve from different locations with available space for demonstrations and using the surrounding environment and varying distances to provide different viewpoints allowing for concepts to be more tangible.

He is the most amazing, brilliant, kind, patient and supportive instructor you will ever meet! I was only able to pass my test because of him. I’ve met several instructors before and tried lessons with them, but it wasn’t until I started with Peter that I realised how to truly learn how to drive without the fear, anxiety, overthinking and overcomplicating everything.
Peter just lets you drive and learn, while still pushing you out of your comfort zone because he knows when you’re ready. He doesn’t give false hope or false compliments — he’s honest and genuinely wants the best for you and to see you succeed. He’s able to chat and laugh with you while you drive, which honestly prepares you for what it’s like having your first passenger or friend in the car too.
I truly owe everything to him and will never forget the kindness he’s shown to make me a better driver who can do every manoeuvre thrown at me because of how HE! has taught it.

Ricardo is a fantastic instructor, the best I have driven with. He tailors his teaching to each student's particular needs. If a piece of advice doesn't land, he will explain it differently until it clicks. He is extremely patient and encouraging.
He really teaches you how to drive, not just how to prepare for the exam. So you feel comfortable in a wide range of scenarios, which is invaluable for a learner driver. I highly recommend him to anyone.

A big thank you to Derrick, my last one of 3 children completed their driving test and passed with Derrick. He did the hard yards as well which is the first 10 hours of driving and later on preparing them for the test. My intent was not to pass on bad habits and Derrick trained them up for a hopefully bright and safe driving future. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My daughter had lessons with Pilato who she found to be calm and easy to talk to which gave her confidence. I would strongly recommend Pilato for any young learner wanting to get their manual license.
I am eternally grateful for Greg for his willingness to guide me through my driving test. Under his guidance, I managed to pass my driving test. We only spent 30 mins, but he walked me through the pre-test driving, and helped me remain calm and gave me insightful information through his training.

Brent did a great job helping our son get his licence on first attempt. We had 3-4 lessons with Brent and he focused on exactly the right things he needed to work on. The whole booking experience was great to with the admin team. I definitely recommend Brent and the MDS crew.

The administration and instructors are very friendly, and were exceedingly professional and accommodating. I especially learned a great deal from their manual driving instructor, Leigh. He was very attentive and comfortable to learn from during my lessons and gave me as much information as he could, in a digestible way.
